All of the wines we produce at Antica Terra and Lillian are the product of a process of the rarest kind: blending blind.
We approach winemaking with the goal of making the most beautiful wines that are possible in any given vintage. We eschew dogma and trend, refuse to call decisions out in advance, and strip away bias in the blending process. What that means is that we take a sample from every single barrel of, in this case, pinot noir or chardonnay, in the cellar, and we put them into numbered sample bottles. We move through these blind samples and start putting things together and taking them apart in every different way we can think of, looking for harmonies that exist in the cellar, for those places where we can find the ignition of beauty.
We are so pleased to offer you the opportunity to blend a custom cuvée under our tutelage. Either one on one, or with a group of friends, collectively or in competition.

$2500 for up to ten participants, $2800 for parties of 11 – 15 guests

Additional bottles can be purchased at $300 per 750mL bottle

$3000 with an eight-kit minimum; includes one magnum of the winning cuvée
Groups sized under eight may take the balance ($300 per kit less than eight) in additional bottles of the winning cuvée, in either 750mL or magnum format
